Nice service at check in, though we weren't allowed to get a cookie each person staying. There were 6 of us and she only allowed us 4 cookies, kind of sad considering we paid extra for the 2 bedroom 8 person suite. The breakfast was pretty good, though they kept running out of food. The place was pretty quiet with just some light traffic noise. The room smelt like **** when we first came in but they sprayed air freshner and we opened windows. Overall a nice place to stay if you were headed to Six Flags

Fun stay with the family. For the most part, everything was enjoyable: comfy bed, spacious room, yummy breakfast, nice indoor pool and hot tub, kind and helpful staff. Only a couple of relatively minor criticisms. The key card reader at the side door by the parking lot didn’t always work - had to swipe several times. And I’m sure others will roll their eyes at this, but consider putting something besides Fox News on the TV during breakfast. Lots of neutral family-friendly morning shows that would be more appropriate (in my humble opinion). Other than that, we had fun! Nowhere really to walk, but Scandia mini Golf and Games only a five minute drive, and lots of good restaurants in the area.

We stayed at this hotel last year and was impressed with the service and cleanliness. What a difference a year makes! We checked in and the room they assigned still had dirty towels in the bathroom floor.. it was pretty gross. I notified the front desk and was assigned another room. This time we found left over paperwork from the previous guest under the desk. I’m not a germ freak but it’s pretty irresponsible for the hotel to not provide clean rooms. The sauna had broken tiles and switch is faulty. Happy Hour had multiple sofa taps out of order. Lastly, there is now a $12 parking fee. Disappointing all around.

We definitely want to stay at Staybridge again. We didn’t get an opportunity to use all the great amenities like pool jacuzzi or commons with the fire pit. Breakfast was yummy and service was awesome. Love that they use Dove products!

No never came to change out our towels and pick up trash even when I called the front desk it was so hard to get anybody to come and clean and help empty the trash cans.

Place was very beautiful very spacious very unique loved how clean and beautiful it was by the time we actually laid on the bed it was the worst I ever experienced the bed felt like I was sleeping on the wood floor it was so hard very uncomfortable for a beautiful peaceful place that was my only complaint I would definitely come back just not to the same room I had
